Any project manager works with four variables: expenditure, schedule, time and quality. A more ambitious objective is to optimize work procedures and resource allocation. Look at your project and you will observe that it requires labour, funds and machinery to give satisfactory outcomes. There are a number of things that are vital for effective project management.
