Our life is getting faster and faster. There seems to be never a lot of time. Automation becomes more and more general nowadays. This is not a complexity to search out the company that provides the solutions for this issue. Usually they are quite attractive and have lots of positive characteristics, but it is just the first view. During the research of different stuff management software programs, I found that its usage has more drawbacks than benefits. There are several reasons why I do not use it.

Reason 1: It is not a program for free. That is impossible to search out the free employee management software. Keep in mind that the updates, support and maintenance also demand some fee. Some people think that the advantages outweigh the costs. Pay for the software just in case when you are sure that it will be compensated, otherwise, search for the more appropriate solutions.

PCs may have made some things simpler, but they have also changed a lot of things. You look at your people. Everybody seems so hardworking. And at the same time they could be simply browsing porno sites or reading news. Should you try to spying on them? Or is there probably a more honest and transparent way of internet monitoring?

Managers with principles had a difficult time in the past. Only spyware was available for computer monitoring . Spyware is the name for computer programs that make screenshots, copy text the user inputs into their computer, monitor traffic. So you get control. The problem is that you may lose something else. You can lose respect of your people, because you are effectively intruding into their privacy.
